I’ve been a Registered Nurse for over 20 years, but health and fitness have always been my true passion.

As a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, I’m passionate about helping others build strength, find balance, and feel confident through movement and healthy living.

This is why I founded Frosty Fitness & Nutrition.

Instead of a rigid, one-size-fits-all plan, we start with a foundation and build on it step by step.
